Netskope One Professional SSE

The Netskope One Professional course is a hands-on training program for security administrators seeking to implement and operate the Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform.

Description

Audience: Security Administrators

Duration: 24 Hours (3 Days)

Format: Instructor Led Training, Online

Through comprehensive virtual labs, this course bridges the gap between cloud security theory and real-world execution. It provides the deep technical skills needed to secure corporate cloud footprints, manage acceptable-use policies, and defend distributed environments.

The first half of the curriculum covers user provisioning, client deployment, and core network security. Participants learn directory integration using Directory Importer and automated cloud SCIM. They also master deploying and scaling the Netskope Client, configuring the Secure Web Gateway (SWG) to manage web policies, and setting up the Netskope Cloud Firewall (CFW) to control outbound non-web protocols while balancing visibility and user privacy.

The second half focuses on data protection, threat mitigation, and next-generation AI governance. Students explore Standard and Advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP)—including OCR, Exact Data Matching (EDM), and fingerprinting—alongside advanced threat scanning. They also learn to secure generative AI traffic via gateway interception and guardrails, and leverage Advanced Analytics and Enhanced Reporting to build dashboards and audit security events.
